Payment Policy
We accept payments in cash, Venmo, and GoodDog only.
If you can't pick up your puppy on the scheduled go-home day, no worries! We offer a 7-day "grace period" after the pickup date when we’ll take care of your puppy at no extra charge. Just note that after those 7 days, there’ll be a fee of $50 per day for any extra time the puppy stays with us. It's really important to pick up the puppy within that 7-day window unless we've made other arrangements. If your puppy isn't picked up by then, we may have to look for a new home for them
Please note that Dreamy Goldendoodles operates as a brick-and-mortar business. In accordance with Kentucky state law, a sales tax of 6% will be applied to your purchase. While this tax is not included in the prices listed on our website, it will be added during the final payment process.
Visitor + Travel Policy
To ensure the safety of our family, home, and puppies, we don’t offer in-person visits. We appreciate your understanding that this is our private residence, not a public business or petting zoo. Our main priority is the well-being of our household and the puppies. While we know this might be disappointing, we share plenty of photos and daily videos on our social media platforms. We also host live video sessions and are happy to set up video chats so you can see our puppies and how they’re being cared for.
On pickup day, if you're planning to visit us, we do have some convenient meeting spots at local parks or coffee shops. Additionally, we’re more than willing to drive up to three hours one way, free of charge, to either bring your puppy to you or arrange a meetup. Please note that for distances over three hours, there will be a travel fee.
If you're coming from out of town, we work with a wonderful transporter named Mallory who can deliver your puppy for a fee, which you'll pay directly to her, not to us. Thank you for your understanding!
